Vacheron Constantin, Geneve, No. 401856, and Verger, Paris, in 1929. A very fine and rare gold, enamel, diamond and hardstone pendant watch with mother-of-pearl decoration by Vladimir Miakoski.

C. Tapering rectangular body in gold, the sides and back inlaid with panels of flowers in the shubiyama style in lapis, agate, gold and mother-of-pearl, with applied diamond-set hardstone flowers and signed with initiais, the borders of scarlet and black enamel with diamondset fans; suspended from three smooth link chains, withmatching brooch pin decorated en suite, the dial surround enamelled with stylised black champleve patterns. D. Frosted silver with Arabic numerals and minute marks. Blued-steel Breguet hands. M. 10-, nickeled, 15 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, 5 adjustments. Dial and movement signed Vacheron & Constantin, case stamped with Verger, Paris mark. In very good condition. Dims 82 x 38 mm.
