Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

Matte silver with applied yellow gold and black faceted indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold and black ?baton? hands. M. Cal. K 1072, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" and ?fausses côtes? decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold engine-turned rotor segment.
