Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 427267, case No. 509769, Ref. 92 900, 1940's. Extremely fine and rare, platinum gentleman's wristwatch, with round button chronograph, register and tachometer, with fitted box.

C. massive, polished, screwed back, waterproof. D. mat silver, with applied platinum indexes and Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 13? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 34 mm.
