Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 466780, case No. 330501, made in 1953. Extremely fine and rare, 18ct pink gold doctor's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register, spiral pulsometer and respirometer, tachometer and with certificate.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, at the centre, spiral tachometer graduation, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations, and 5 respirations. "Bâton" gold hands. M. 13"'-492 rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 36 mm.
