Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with day-date, 44-hours power reserve indication and an 18K pink gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Pink gold faceted "épée" hands. M. Cal. 2475, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, guilloche 22K gold rotor.
