Ref. 4072 Pink Gold ?Chronograph? Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 466730, case No. 328772, Ref. 4072. Made in 1952. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, telemeter and tachometer.
C. Three-body, polished, inclined bezel, concave lugs. D. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Roman half-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds, 30-minute register, outer fifth of a second timing scale, outermost telemeter and tachometer scales. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 13??? 492, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.
