Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman`s wristwatch with day, date, 44-hour power reserve indication and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box and Certificate.

Light silvered, ?250 ans? guilloché commemorative pattern, applied yellow gold baton indexes and yellow gold 6 and 12, outer minute divisions with black Arabic five minute markers, subsidiary dials for the day and date, power reserve sector, applied Seal of Geneva Quality Mark. Yellow gold ?éventail? hands. M. Cal. 2475, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung monometallic balance with a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 A/h), shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, guilloché gold rotor, on both sides, correctors for day and date adjustements.
