Very fine and rare, cushion-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with jump-hour, retrograde minutes and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a certificate.

Guilloché silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and lozenge indexes on a curved retrograde graduation from 9 to 3 for the minutes, yellow gold aperture for the jump-hour at 12. Yellow gold "dauphine" hand. M. Cal. 1120/2, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, skeletonized hand engraved rotor with 21K gold segment. Dim: 36 x 36 mm. Thickness 8.5 mm.
