Extremely fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, skeletonized, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42-hour power reserve indicator, date and a platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
