Very fine and rare, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and a Vacheron Constantin platinum buckle.

Cal. 1140, 21 jewels, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator.
