Fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K white gold, "World Time" wristwatch with date and an 18K white gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, revolving bezel bearing the names of 24 cities around the world, teardrop lugs, case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystal. D. Off-white with applied Arabic numerals and dart indexes, outer 24 hour revolving disc for the word time feature. White gold "épée" hands. M. Cal. 1180, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator.
