Accompanied by fitted box, Certificate of Origin and setting pin. Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, retrograde date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by the original box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 6 screws, spring-loaded hinged back cover, stepped lugs, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with applied pink gold Roman XII and VI and faceted dart indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the week and the months, apertures for the year at 6 and the leap year at 3, retrograde sector for the date. Pink gold "épée" hands. M. Cal. 1126/1 QPR, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, flat balance spring, micrometer regulator, 21K gold rotor segment, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
