Very fine and unusual, water-resistant, rectangular, 18K pink and white gold wristwatch with engraved concealed dial "à volets" and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin double deployant clasp. Accompanied by fitted box, certificate and booklets.

Two-body, two-tone, solid, polished, white gold case back with screws, pink gold engraved band, bezel with engraved Roman numerals, hooded and straight lugs, below the VI, pusher set with a rectangular cabochon sapphire opening the engraved white gold shutters to reveal the dial. D. Off-white with applied blackened pink gold baton indexes, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 1017, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for 5 positions, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 41 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
