Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 200295, made for Charles Allis Milwaukee Wis. in 1904. Very fine 18-carat gold minute repeating moon phase astronomical watch with perpetual calendar and split second chronograph.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months with the leap year cycle, the dates and the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Blued steel "spade" hands. Very fine 17' nickel plated movement, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 32 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band. The split second chronograph with a visible work, a push piece and a locking bolt on the band. In very good condition. Diam. 59 mm.
