?Birch Bark? Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, "Automatic", movement No. 582890, case No. 416306, Ref. 6378 Q. Produced in the 1960s. Very fine, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date and 18K yellow gold bracelet decorated to match the bezel and lugs.

C. Two-body, solid, with ?birch bark? decoration, polished, screwed-down case back, wide bezel and concave lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. K1072 stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronisms and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K yellow gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
