Coin Watch Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 728254, case No. 583519. Made in the 1970?s. Very fine, rare and extra thin, 18K yellow gold wristwatch fitted into a 10 U.S. dollar Indian Head gold coin dated 1912, with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.
C. Four-body, solid, polished, straight lugs; on one side, the American Eagle, the shield and the mottos "E Pluribus Unum?, and on the other, "In God we Trust? and the portrait of a Native Indian, the coin opening through a push button in the band, band decorated with 34 stars. D. Champagne with painted indexes. Blued steel baton hands. M. Cal. 1003/1, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 4 mm.
