Extremely fine, rare and important, platinum wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, two barrels, power reserve indication and an 18K white gold Vacheron & Constantin double deployant clasp.

Guilloché silver with applied white gold Roman numerals and triangular indexes, graduation for the up and down indication at 12, aperture for the tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge at 6, carrying a subsidiary second hand. White gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 1760, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 28 jewels, lateral lever escapement, one-minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel arms, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, twin barrels. Dial and movement signed, case numbered. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
