Stainless Steel, ?Two-Tone Dial? Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, movement No. 467068, case No. 280322. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and rare, stainless steel wristwatch with an 18K white gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. D. Two-tone silver, applied steel Roman numerals and baton indexes, oversized dial for the seconds, outer minute track. Steel baton hands. M. Cal. V453, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, shock absorber, self-compensating blued Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
