Very fine and unusual, rectangular, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with concealed dial "à volets" and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin double deployant clasp. Accompanied by a box fitted and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, case back with 4 screws, engraved band, straight lugs, below 6, slide button set with a rectangular cabochon sapphire for opening the gold shutters to reveal the dial. D. Matte silver with applied pink gold and black baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel feuille hands. M. Cal. 1017, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 41 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
