Very fine, two time zone, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold chronometer wristwatch with regulator dial, date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

Matte silver with painted Arabic numerals for the outer minute indication, at 6 subsidiary seconds and date, at 9 subsidiary guilloche 24-hour dial for the 2nd time zone, at 12 subsidiary hour dial with painted radial Roman numerals and indexes. White gold épée and lozenge hands. M. Cal. 1206, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor.
