Claw Lugs Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 457501, case No. 290218, Ref. 4240. Made in 1946. Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with triple calendar and claw lugs. Accompanied by period blank Vacheron Constantin certificate and display stand.

Two-tone silver with applied gold alternate indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, outer graduation for the date in red, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Yellow gold baton hands, blued steel date indicator hand. M. Cal. V 485/A, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 10,5 mm.
