Teardrops Lugs Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 461811, case No. 296794, Ref. 4126. Made in 1946. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with fancy lugs and a later 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

Two-tone silver with applied pink gold dart indexes and radial Arabic quarters, inner minute track, subsidiary second dial. Pink gold baton hands. M. Cal. V453, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, shock-absorber, swan-neck regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam 35 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
