Ref. 4880 Yellow Gold Center Seconds Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 495260, case No. 334215, Ref. 4880. Made in 1952. Very fine and rare, center-seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with fancy lugs.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, overhanging double claw lugs. D. Guilloche silvered with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and faceted baton indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. P 454/5B, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted to temperatures, shock-absorber, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 9 mm.
