Ref. 4872 Yellow Gold Center Seconds Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, ?Automatic movement No. 506469, case No. 334510, Ref. 4872. Made in 1954. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with black guilloché dial.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, faceted concave lugs, screwed-down case-back. D. Guilloche black with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes and Arabic quarters numerals, outer seconds/minute division. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. P1019, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes and oeil de perdrix decorations, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, shock absorber, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck regulator. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
