Monochrome Pink Ref. 6378 Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, ?Automatic?, movement No. 554208, case No. 389875, Ref. 6378. Made in 1963. Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

C. Two-body, polished, inclined bezel and concave lugs, screwed down case back. D. Brushed pink gold with applied faceted pink gold baton indexes and gold-rimmed date aperture. Pink gold baton hands. M. Cal. K1072, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes and oeil de perdrix decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 10.5 mm.
