Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, ?Automatic?, movement No. 571045, case No. 403542, Ref. 6378Q. Made in 1965. Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with date, and a linentextured white gold Vacheron Constantin bracelet.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, linen-textured bezel and concave lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Satiné silver, sunburst, with applied lapidated white gold indexes and aperture for the gold-rimmed date. White gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. K1072, stamped with the Geneva Seal, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, self compensating Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 11.3 mm. Approx. overall length: 180 mm.
