Waterproof Center-Seconds Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 451574, case No. 289169. Made circa 1950. Very fine and rare waterproof, center-seconds 18K yellow gold wristwatch.

C. Two body, polished, satine, teardrop lugs, screw-down caseback with dedication inscription, dust cover. D. Silver with baton and Roman indexes, outer minute track. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 466/B, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
