Extremely fine, magnificent and very elegant, baguette diamond-set yellow gold lady?s bracelet watch with diamond and onyx-set dial and entirely baguette diamond-set integral yellow gold bracelet with concealed clasp, set with a total of 18 carats of diamonds. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin box.

C. Two-body, flared, set with 42 graduated baguette diamonds, yellow gold bezel, back with two screws, back winding, curved sapphire crystal. Bracelet set with a further 48 baguette diamonds. D. Pave set with round diamonds, black onyx border. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 1430, 5 ½???, rhodiumplated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions and temperature, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, micrometric regulator.
