Yellow Gold Ref. 4710 Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 492035, case No. 323403, Ref. 4710. Made in 1951. Very fine and rare, indirect center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs, flat bezel, dedicated snap-on case back. D. Guilloché two-tone silver with applied yellow gold faceted indexes, inner Arabic quarters and seconds/minute dot division. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. P 454/5B, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
