Very fine and rare, cushion-shaped, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with jump-hour, retrograde minutes and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted, certificate of origin and booklet.

Cal. 1120/2, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, skeletonized and hand-engraved rotor with 21K gold segment.
