Very fine, two time zone, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold chronometer wristwatch with regulator dial, date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a box and push pin.

C. Four-body, solid, polished, hinged cover over transparent case back, pushbutton on the band to adjust the 2nd time zone, fluted geometrical lugs, sapphire crystals. D. Matte silver with painted radial Arabic numerals for the outer minute indication, at 6 subsidiary seconds and date, at 9 subsidiary guilloche 24-hour dial for the 2nd time zone, at 12 subsidiary hour dial with painted Roman numerals and indexes. Pink gold épée and lozenge hands. M. Cal. 1206, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor.
