Top-Winding Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 369869, case No. 260075, Ref. 92012. Made in 1935. Fine and very unusual, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with large winding crown at the top.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, concave lugs, winding-crown between the lugs at 12, snap-on case back. D. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer dot minute indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold epee hands. M. Cal. 11???, frosted gilt, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 29.2 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
