Vacheron & Constantin Yellow Gold Chronograph Vacheron & Constantin, ?Chronograph?, movement No. 446388, case No. 291737-3. Made in the 1950s. Very fine, 18K yellow gold wristwatch, square button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter scale with an 18K yellow gold buckle.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, inverted bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. D. Silver with applied yellow gold dot indexes with 12 Arabic numeral, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register, inner 1/5 seconds/minute track, outer telemeter scale, outermost tachometer scale. M. 13???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating blued Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12.5 mm.
