Cartier - Yellow Gold ? Movement by Vacheron & Constantin Cartier, Paris, movement No. 427087, case No. 411466. Made in the 1940s. Very fine and rare, square, 18K yellow gold lady's wristwatch with an 18K gold yellow Cartier deployant clasp.

Cal. 45, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed by Cartier, case numbered, movement signed Vacheron & Constantin. Dim. 24 x 24 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
