Fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with triple calendar, claw lugs and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a service invoice by Vacheron & Constantin.

Two-tone silver with applied gold Arabic numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial, outer graduation for the date in red, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Pink gold baton hands, blued steel date indicator hand with red arrow. M. Cal. V 485/A, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 10.5 mm.
