Extremely fine and important, platinum and diamond-set water-resistant wristwatch with an integral Vacheron Constantin platinum bracelet set with 108 baguette diamonds and 734 round diamonds, with an approximate total weight of 23 carats. Accompanied by a wooden Vacheron Constantin box.
