Produced in 1947.Very fine and extremely rare, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsometer and tachometer. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin 18K white gold buckle, fitted box and certificate.

D. matte silver with applied white gold dot and bâton indexes and Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations and 5 "respirations", at the center, spiral tachometric scale.
