Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with triple date and moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by the Certificate of Origin, user manual and fitted box.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, four correctors on the case band, stepped bezel, teardrop lugs, snap-on case-back, sapphire crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases, sector for the age of the moon. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1126, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 33 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
