VC perpetual Calendar Vacheron Constantin, Genève, movement No. 709092, case no. 565750, Ref. 43031/1. Made in the 1990s. Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, correctors on the band, straight lugs, stepped rounded bezel, sapphire crystal. D. Sand color with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer minute division, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector for the age of the moon, aperture for the phases of the moon. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. K1120, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold edged rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
