Monochrome Pink Doctor?s Watch Vacheron & Constantin, ?Chronograph?, movement No. 466649, case No. 321618, Ref. 4072. Made in 1951. Very fine and very rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with rectangular button chronograph, register and pulsometer scale, and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and a fitted box.

c. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inverted bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. D. Two-tone pink with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register, outer minutes and fifths of a second track with radial Arabic five minute numerals, outermost pulsometer scale. Pink gold baton hands. M. Cal. V492, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Beryllium balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
