Vacheron Constantin Yellow Gold and DiaMonds Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 546458, case No. 391921, Ref. 6699. Made in the 1960s. Very fine, square, 18K yellow gold and diamond-set lady's wristwatch with an integral 18K yellow gold herringbone bracelet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, hooded lugs set with a total of 12 round white diamonds. D. Satine silver with applied black baton indexes. Black baton hands. M. Cal. K 1050/B, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewels, lateral lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, selfcompensating flat balance spring, shock absorber. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 23.5 x 17 mm. Thickness 5 mm. Approx. overall length: 170 mm.
