Fine, cushion-shaped, 18K yellow gold and diamond-set lady's wristwatch with black onyx diamond-set dial and an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin fitted box.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, the bezel and lugs set with round white diamonds, case back with 4 screws, concave lugs, sapphire crystal. D. Black onyx with applied diamond-set square quarter-hour indexes. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 1003/1, rhodium plated, faussescotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 23 mm. Thickness: 4.5 mm.
