Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch wit date, with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and service estimate.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, lapidated bezel, concave lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Silvered, ?sunburst?, with applied lapidated gold baton indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. K 1072, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold-edged rotor with ruby roller bearings. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness: 12 mm.
