Very fine and rare, extra thin, keyless, 18K white gold and diamond ?montre couteau? dress watch with an 18K white gold watch fob 15 x 55 mm on a 55 mm 18K white gold chain.

C. Three-body with very thin edge, solid, polished and brushed, bezel set with 49 round diamonds, integrated semi-oval pendant. D. Satine silver with applied white gold bâton indexes. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1003, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm. Thickness 5 mm.
