Very fine and rare, center-seconds, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold, ?stop-watch? feature, gentleman?s wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a certificate and a ?Bulletin de Marche? of the COSC.
