Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, movement No. 386871, case No. 241964. Made circa 1910. Very fine and rare, early, cushion-shaped, 18K yellow gold wristwatch.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, rounded bezel, lugs with screw bars, snap-on case back. D. Enamel white with painted black Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 11.5???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating blued Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 29 x 29 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
