Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with day, date, power reserve and an 18K white gold Vacheron Constantin ardillon buckle. C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel with serrated edges, correctors on the rounded band, curved lugs with faceted sides, sapphire crystals. D. Silver with guilloché ?commemorative" pattern, applied white gold faceted baton indexes, Roman 6 and 12, subsidiary dials for the days and date, sector for the power reserve, outer minute/seconds division on a guilloché reserve. Two-tone white gold éventail hands. M. Cal. 2475, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes and oeil-de-perdrix decorations, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balances spring, 22K yellow gold rotor. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 12.5 mm.
