Exceptionally fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold chronograph wristwatch with two-tone pulsations register dial. Accompanied by a yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle and Vacheron & COnstantin Certificate of Authenticity.

Two-tone silver with applied gold dart indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, 30-minute register, outer fi fth second timing scale outermost pulsometer scale. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 13??? 492, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.
