Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 41229, circa 1835. Fine 18K gold quarter-repeating watch, accompanied by multicolored, enameled gold chain with links set with pearls.
C. Four-body, ?bassine?, engine-turned back, bezels, pendant and bow chiseled with scrolling, reeded band, gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Gold Breguet hands. M. 40 mm., gilt brass, cylinder escapement three-arm gilt balance flat balance spring, repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant. Signed on dial, case and movement. Diam. 46 mm.
