Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin bracelet.

Cal. 1072/1, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva Quality mark, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix and fausses côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold engine-turned rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 40 x 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
